New Membership Fee Structure

The CAA membership approved a new membership fee structure at the Annual General Meeting in Amsterdam. The new fee structure, which is based upon a member’s country of residence, has been implemented for the 2024 membership cycle.

2024 Membership Fee Structure

Memberships are valid from 1 January through 31 December of a calendar year.

Annual Regular Membership

  • Members residing in any of the countries listed below: €75
  • Members residing in countries not listed below: €30

Annual Concessionary Membership

  • Members residing in any of the countries listed below: €25
  • Members residing in countries not listed below: €10

Concessionary memberships are available to all currently-enrolled students, retired individuals, and those whose income is below the threshold of their country group:

  • For countries listed below, the recommended annual income for concessionary membership is less than €25,000, or the equivalent in a local currency
  • For countries not listed below, the recommended annual income for concessionary membership is less than €20,000, or the equivalent in a local currency

Members who are not in one of these categories but feel that their circumstances place them within a concessionary tier are invited to contact the Bursary & Student Low-Income Officer to discuss their situation further.

Country List for Determining Membership Fee Level

Members living in the following countries will pay the higher rate within the applicable membership category: Andorra; Australia; Austria; Belgium; Bermuda; British Virgin Islands; Brunei Darussalam; Canada; Cayman Islands; Cyprus; Denmark; Finland; France; Germany; Greenland; Hong Kong SAR (China); Iceland; Ireland; Israel; Italy; Japan; Korea, Republic of; Kuwait; Liechtenstein; Luxembourg; Macao SAR (China); Malta; Monaco; Netherlands; New Caledonia; New Zealand; Norway; Puerto Rico; Qatar; San Marino; Singapore; Spain; Sweden; Switzerland; United Arab Emirates; United Kingdom; United States of America

This list consists of the countries with highest per capita Gross Domestic Products (GDP) according to the United Nations and will be updated every year or two based up on the most current figures available at the time.
